XTJ has its own aluminum alloy parts oxidation workshop, according to the color plate selected by the customer, we strictly control the operation specifications of the oxidation process, lock the oxidized dyeing sink, and number. Many CNC machining suppliers are unable to stabilize the oxidized color because they are unable to fix the oxidized dyed sink. If you oxidize customer A color product today, customer B product B tomorrow, and customer A color product again on the third day, you will receive color C product and you will not be able to return color A.

The customer’s first-generation products were produced and processed in Germany, and in 2017, the second-generation products found Xintianjian, requiring the quality of the parts to be consistent with that made in Germany.
More than 70 power-assisted bone parts, the appearance of oxidation color is consistent.
There are more than 70 parts of different materials of aluminum alloy, steel and plastic, and the first batch needs to produce 100 units, 50 sets of gold and 50 sets of titanium gray. Initial communication, worried about the production scale capacity of XTJ.
More than 70 CNC machined parts with different structures need to be assembled into a whole, in the selection of processing methods, Xintianjian uses the experience of the team to review each part, and chooses the appropriate molding method for each part. For example, the stamping method will be cheaper than CNC machining, and the parts with complex multi-faceted structure can be processed more stably by using Xintianjian DeMagee five-axis CNC machining.
The next step is machining, for small batches of parts, we need to do FAI size check on the first piece, if there is a size out-of-tolerance, we need to adjust and optimize the CNC machining program to avoid mass production out-of-tolerance.
From the initial 100 units per year, the current demand is about 350 units per year。
